While playing around on the internet I was looking at some poster designs and came across some olympic posters for this years Vancouver games. I thought it would be good to go and look at some of the past olympic posters and see what they were like. Coming across some VERY old posters from the 1930’s and 40’s was pretty surprising and yet, very great because I got to see how the designs varied between years.
I picked out 10 of the posters that I found that show a great difference of designs. Some retro design, modern, and maybe a one or two that don’t really seem to work extremely well. Here they are:
