Recently I have been discussing with a fellow freelancer, developer and student Ron Nicholls about his current website duo he is working on, BoxOfficeBuz.net, and the currently in development “Geek Suite”. Ron is currently striving to pull his website up through the ranks averaging around 100,000 hits per month, updating Twitter and multiple other social networking applications regularly.
BoxOffice Buz is my effort to have a user-friendly one-stop place to not only find out information on upcoming movies, dvd releases, movie releases, but to also be able to watch movie clips, trailers, and tv spots. – Ron Nicholls.
They have now been up and running for 5 months, in that 5 months over 800 movies have been added into their database, and over 2000, movie clips tv spots and trailers.
BoxOffice BUZ always tries to be the first site with new trailers, and the first site to have to have information on newly announced sites, because BoxOffice BUZ is run by only one person; that person is also the coder and developer, a lot of time and effort is put into the site. For the future a user system will be implemented into the site, currently anyone can write reviews for movies on the site.
BoxOffice BUZ is always looking for bloggers who want to write reviews for them. Currently a new site is being developed in conjunction with BoxOffice BUZ, this site is called Geeksuite. This site will have the same set up as BUZ with differences to be focused on, video games, gadgets, tv shows, comic books, graphic novels, and Computers.
Ron is currently looking for bloggers, advertisers and all around media nuts to get in contact with him, hoping to develop a nice network to build BoxOffice BUZ’s articles, reviews and comments.
