Microsoft just recently released a screenshot of Windows7, and personally I do not see a horrible amount of difference from its previous crash and burn version… “Vista”. Though, the phrase “don’t judge a book by its cover” comes to mind, you can’t help the first impressions from a photograph that resembles the previous piece of junk that had been released.

Now, don’t get me wrong, I do not hate windows by any stretch… Do I think that there are better operating systems out there heck yes.. Look at Apple’s operating software, “Leopard”; Since that had been released the sales of Mac computers alone have went up over 40%, and the fact that Microsoft blew it with their release of Vista defenitly helped it get to that point.

Microsoft normally has come up with great names in the past for their programs, such as Vista, Power Point, Excel, etc. This time I think they were going for simplicity when they named their 7th version of Windows; “Windows7″. Makes sense. Microsoft is ALSO claiming that this will be the most advanced piece of software on the market… Don’t blame me for being some sort of skeptic since the last time they claimed this, the train of hope crashed into a big brick wall.

I guess we will all have to wait and see…
