背景介绍

刘开辉课题组长期从事低维材料生长机理与光谱物理研究,擅长开发先进技术手段以解决前沿科学问题。团队自主设计米级单晶制造装备、搭建单个低维材料单元水平的纳米光谱学表征系统、开发二维材料复合光纤全光纤器件。近年来,在二维材料表界面生长调控、米级单晶薄膜通用制造技术、表界面耦合物理及器件方向取得了系列研究进展。已发表SCI论文100余篇 (google引用率>6800,h因子46),其中包括通讯作者文章Nature (2篇),Nature Nanotechnology (2篇),Nature Photonics,Nature Chemistry,Nature Communications (4篇),Advanced Materials (10篇),JACS (2篇),Nano Letters (5篇),PNAS,Science Bulletin等。
